From 12-Hour Shifts
to National Sales Manager.

The long version — because the short one leaves out the hard part. Here’s my story, why I built the roadmap I never had, and why I’m still doing this work every single day.

I’m not teaching you from a career I left. I’m teaching you from the one I’m still doing — today, this week, from this desk.

Where It Started

I Didn’t Have a Plan. I Just Knew I Needed Out.

I came to the U.S. from Ecuador at six. College wasn’t part of the plan — honestly, surviving was. I started working at 14. By 20, I had two kids and was pulling 12–13 hour retail shifts while barely seeing them.

My son would sometimes stay at the babysitter’s because I’d get off work after midnight — and dragging him out into the cold for a few hours of sleep felt worse than the alternative. I was doing everything right by every standard that had been handed to me. And it still felt like the ceiling was getting lower, not higher.

I was not going to spend the next 20 years of my life trading time for a paycheck that couldn’t keep up with my life.

That’s when I started looking for something different. I wasn’t looking for “sales.” I wasn’t looking for a pivot. I was looking for a way to be present for my kids and still build something real. I just didn’t know yet that those two things could coexist in the same career.

The First 90 Days Were Harder Than I Expected.

I talked too much on calls. I took every “no” personally. I compared myself to every rep who already seemed to have it figured out.

I was a woman coming from retail, in a male-dominated industry, with no business degree, no network, and no idea how the corporate world worked. I didn’t know what a discovery call was. I didn’t know what a sales cycle was. I didn’t know what CRM stood for.

What nobody had explained was that I’d only ever done one kind of selling. In retail I closed one person, in one conversation, on something they’d half-decided before walking in. In B2B I was working a committee over weeks on a decision worth more than my car — and for a while I kept selling the retail way and wondering why nothing moved.

What I did have was the ability to listen, ask real questions, and actually care whether the person on the other end got what they needed. I didn’t know those were skills yet. I just thought I was being decent.

It turned out that in B2B, listening properly and following up without overselling does more than any pitch I could have learned. I didn’t need to become a different person. I needed to understand the environment I was in.

The Climb

Once I Understood the Environment, I Moved.

The Realization

Sales was the only department where income wasn’t tied to a diploma or a title — it was tied to what you could actually do. That distinction changed everything for me.

The Climb

Small deals became big deals. I learned the language. I learned what questions to ask and when to stop talking and listen. From customer service to closing deals worth tens of thousands — then hundreds of thousands. I sell prefabricated modular structures — guard booths, mezzanines, warehouse offices, cleanrooms — to hospitals, school districts, federal and military agencies, manufacturers, and entertainment venues. The larger deals take months and involve procurement, facilities, safety, and finance before anyone signs. Over my career I’ve closed over $20M in B2B contracts across hundreds of deals, with individual deals running from five figures to over a million. That’s what high-ticket actually looks like outside the online coaching world — and it’s the part almost nobody teaching “remote closing” has ever done. Real companies. Real money. From home.

Going Remote

I negotiated my way to a fully remote position — my company created the role specifically to keep me. I want to be clear that it took me years and a track record to get there — it wasn’t something I asked for in year one. Today I’m National Sales Manager running a regional team — hiring reps, training them, and coaching them through the exact problems I teach here. A lot of what’s in this program came from watching what actually separates the people who make it from the ones who don’t.

Building a Third Income

On top of my W2 career, I built 1099 contract income and creator income — both from home, both around my family. My W2 career alone brings in six figures. My husband is a full-time stay-at-home dad to our four kids because of what B2B remote income made possible. Individual results vary — but that’s the real picture of what this path made possible in my life.

I’m not teaching from memory. This has been my career for 10 years and it still is. I’m a National Sales Manager still closing B2B deals today. I’m not on the other side of some big leap I took years ago — I’m in the middle of it, every week. That’s the whole reason I can show you what actually works instead of what used to work.

I Believe the Women Who Need This Most
Are the Last Ones Anyone Shows It To.

Not because they can’t find it — but because it gets buried under MLM pitches, vague “remote work” advice, and courses built for people who already have a corporate background.

I didn’t have any of that. I had retail, two kids, and no option but to work it out myself. And the more of this work I do — hiring reps, training them, sitting in on their calls — the more obvious it becomes that the raw material shows up everywhere. Teaching, nursing, dental, service work, admin, years at home running everything for a family. It just doesn’t come labelled.

If that’s you, I think you’re closer to this than you’ve been told. Not because of anything motivational — because the skills this job runs on are ones you’ve been using unpaid and unnamed for years. What’s actually missing is the map, and that’s what I built.

I didn’t need to become a different person to succeed in B2B. I needed to understand where my skills already fit — and learn the language that matched them. That’s the translation this course teaches. That single shift is what moved me, and it’s the part I can teach.

DON’T TAKE MY WORD FOR IT

Everything above is checkable, and I’d rather you check it than trust me.

I’m a current employee, not a former one. My employment history, my title, my tenure, and the people I’ve worked with for the last decade are all on my LinkedIn. Compare that to how many people selling sales training will show you where they actually work — or whether they ever did the job at all.

A few things I won’t tell you, because they wouldn’t be true: I can’t promise you a job, an income, or a timeline. I don’t know your market, your effort, or your circumstances. Anyone who does promise those things is either guessing or selling you something. My earnings disclaimer says the same in plain language, and it isn’t buried.

What I can tell you is what the work actually is, what it pays, where the roles are, how to find the skills you already have, and how to say them in a way that gets you taken seriously. That’s the whole offer. The price is published, the full curriculum is public, and you can email me before you spend anything.
