Three B2B Paths

Real remote income.
Real flexibility.

You don’t need a sales background. You don’t need a degree. You don’t need to already know what B2B means. These three paths are built for women who are ready for something different — and want to understand exactly what they’re walking into before they start.

No MLM • No hype • No “recruit your friends”

“You have to chase cold leads all day.”

In W2 B2B, the company provides your leads. You follow up with people who already showed interest. No cold-calling strangers from a phone book.

“It’s a strict 9–5, no exceptions.”

You work during business hours — but you own your calendar. You schedule calls when it works for you. School run at 3pm? Build it in.

“You need to already know how to sell.”

B2B companies hire entry-level and train you. That’s the model. They want someone coachable — not someone who already knows everything.

You don’t need to figure this out before you start

Not sure which industry, niche, or type of role is right for you? That’s exactly what the program helps you figure out.

You don’t need to know what a “SaaS company” is or what “high-ticket closing” means before you enroll. The program starts by helping you understand the full landscape — what every path actually looks like, what industries hire remotely, and which direction fits your specific background, schedule, and goals.

By the time you finish Phase 1, you’ll have a clear picture of where you fit. By Phase 3, you’ll have chosen your path. The course does the work of matching you to the right direction — you don’t need to arrive with the answer already.

Path 01 — Most Popular Starting Point
W2 Remote B2B Employment

A salary, benefits, and a real company behind you.

Most accessible entry point — company trains you, provides leads, and pays you while you learn

You work as a remote employee for a company that sells its products or services to other businesses. You get a real salary, real benefits, and a real team behind you. You don’t need to know how to sell when you start — training you is literally built into the job. This is the path for you if you want stability, support, and a real income that grows with your skills.

The companies doing the hiring — SaaS platforms, healthcare companies, logistics firms, marketing agencies — already have a pipeline. They already have interested leads. What they need is someone to have the conversations, build the relationship, and move things forward. That’s your role. You’re not hunting strangers. You’re picking up where the company’s marketing left off — talking to people who already raised their hand.

Income Range

Entry-level: $40K–$65K base + commission. With 1–2 years of track record: $70K–$100K+ total comp.

What You Need to Start

No degree. No sales experience. No industry background. B2B companies hire for attitude and communication ability — they train you on everything else. That’s the whole model.

Schedule

Fully remote. You work during business hours, but you control your calendar. Most of your day is emails, Zoom calls you schedule yourself, and CRM updates — not sitting in a chair being watched. Done at 4pm. No weekends.

Who It’s Best For

You want something real and stable. A paycheck, benefits, and a team that trains you. You’re not looking to gamble — you want to learn while you earn.

What a real W2 remote sales day looks like

9:00 AM Check email and your pipeline — the company’s CRM shows you exactly who to follow up with today. Nothing to guess.
10:00 AM Discovery call with an inbound lead — someone who already expressed interest. 30 minutes. You ask questions and listen.
11:00 AM Send follow-up emails, update your notes, schedule your next calls on your terms — you own your calendar.
2:00 PM Another call or proposal work. Maybe a team check-in. Done by 4. School pickup. No weekend work.

The honest version of the schedule: There’s no one watching whether you’re at your desk at exactly 8am. Your output is measured by your pipeline and your results, not your hours. Most remote B2B reps structure their day around their lives — school runs, appointments, whatever you need — as long as the work gets done.

Path 02
1099 B2B Independent Contracting

Your own clients. Your own ceiling.

Higher risk, higher reward — for the self-directed

You work as an independent contractor, representing B2B companies on a commission or retainer basis. No single employer. You set your rates, choose your clients, and own what you build. This path has no income cap — but it requires self-discipline, a financial cushion to ramp, and real sales skills before you jump in.

The course covers how legitimate 1099 B2B arrangements actually work, how to spot predatory setups before they cost you time, how to connect with companies looking for independent reps, and what your first 90 days needs to look like to make this work sustainably.

Income Range

Variable — commission percentages of 20–50%+ per deal. Some women earn more part-time here than in full-time W2 roles.

What You Need to Start

B2B sales fundamentals, a financial cushion for 2–3 months, and the ability to self-manage without a manager.

Schedule

100% yours to design. Work during school hours, after bedtime, or whatever fits your life. No manager, no time clock. Your results are what matter.

Who It’s Best For

Women who want control over their time and income, are comfortable with variability, and are ready to run their own thing.

Path 03

Build authority in the B2B space. Get paid for what you know.

You build an audience around your B2B expertise, your career story, or your professional knowledge — and monetize through B2B brand partnerships, UGC for business-focused companies, LinkedIn content, and digital products. This is not lifestyle content. This is business content backed by real sales knowledge.

What makes you different on this path: you understand how B2B buyers think. You know how to pitch a brand partnership the same way you’d pitch a sales prospect. Most content creators are winging their pitches. You won’t be — and that’s the whole edge.

Income Range

Slower to build than W2 or 1099 — typically months 3–8 before first meaningful income. Long-term ceiling is uncapped.

What You Need to Start

A clear B2B content angle, a professional LinkedIn presence, and the B2B communication skills this course builds.

Schedule

Fully flexible. Built around content creation, outreach, and audience building — no set hours required.

Who It’s Best For

Women who want to build something they own over time, are comfortable with the long game, and want to monetize their B2B knowledge.

The same foundation powers every path.

The most reassuring thing about all three of these paths? The skills that make you good at them — listening, connecting, communicating clearly, understanding what someone actually needs — are things you’ve been doing your whole life. You already have the foundation. The course just gives it a name and shows you where to take it.

🎧

Active Listening

Closes W2 deals. Wins 1099 clients. Builds the kind of content that actually earns trust on social.

🧠

Empathy & Positioning

What makes a hiring manager call you back. What makes a client choose you. What makes an audience stay.

📣

Clear Communication

Your interview answer. Your client pitch. Your brand outreach email. All the same skill, applied three ways.
